1. The value of goods marked in our list are only referred because
of the influence of time or market fluctuations. For information
about the current value of some goods, please contact with our Dept
of mail-order (We will reply within 24 hours)
2. The gods listed are usually in our inventory. If not, we will
tell you the exact delivery date in 24 hours. As soon as you accept
this date, we can have a contract right now and you should pay the30%
part of goods value as earnests.
Notes: Both the value we claimed and the period validity of delivery
date are within 24 hours after you received our reply.

We will send the goods to you via EMS, CRExpress,
& aviation(for a large amounts of goods only and Freight exceeds
30 RMB every tine) at a freight of 30 RMB every time.. |

| Consignment |
1. If there are needed goods in our inventory: For order whose
value is below 5000 RMB, Xingfa company will consign goods 24 hours
after we receive your fax of remittance credence.
2. If there aren't you needed goods in our inventory:We will inform
you as soon as Xingfa receive goods from our suppliers and will
consign 24 hours after we receive you the rest money.

| How to countermand |
If you found any quality problem in our good, please contact with
Xingfa 30 days after you receive goods to consult the withdraw of
goods.If there are drawbacks in our goods or any unaccordanat, please
contact with Xingfa 3 days after you receive goods in order that
we can understand where problem is.Please show the written version
of the explain of problem and there should be a copy of invoice,
bill or encasement bill, and any other stamp copy which can certify
the exact date. Once we check the problem, we will exchange a purchase.
If the goods have any damage from man-made, we will not be responsible
for them.

| How to deal with transporting
damage |
If there have any transporting damage, please integrally preserve
transporting box, packing material and goods all together and inform
Xingfa to negotiate with you.
